Duties:

    • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
    • Process and track payments from customers and pay vendors.
    • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
    • Monitor actual spending against the budget and highlight discrepancies.
    • Track inventory related to car wash supplies and ensure stock levels are properly managed.
    • Assist in reconciling physical inventory with financial records.
    • Prepare and file sales tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Work closely with external tax professionals during tax season.
    • Post journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
    • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Monitor and report on cash flow to management.
    • Provide support in analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
    • Help management with cost control and profitability analysis.
    • Ensure the company is complying with financial regulations and internal policies.
    • Assist with internal audits and implement best practices for financial management.

Required Skills:
